Hunting season meal prep. Deer neck roast pastalaya. Tomorrow will vacuum seal and freeze a couple bags. It’ll be one of the many fine meals we eat in Arkansas at the end of this month.

Hopefully we can add a grip and grin with some antlers by the time the sun goes down. Had a nice buck guarding our parking spot when we pulled in, but so far this fawn is the only deer to make a youth hunt appearance.
