How big of freezer for a Buffalo

I think 20 cubic ft is overkill but better than not enough room.
Hate to say it but that meat would be much better of hung and aged for 10-14 days or so, even if a 2 yr old.
I don't have any experience with bulls but a 6 yr old cow quartered and everything else will fit in the bed of an F250. You could make a cool box and keep it on ice for the trip home.
Or the quarters may fit in the freezer, just don't let them freeze.

You should like the meat and save the ribs.

6 yr old cow, we just left the spinal column.

I might end up shooting a 2 year old cow bison in addition to the 2-3 year old bull. So I'm hoping to fit it all in a 20 cubic ft freezer after processing. Thoughts?
