Crawfish etouffee on top of a nice piece of blackened fish is one of my favorite things to eat. Is that snapper or red fish?

Hottest day of the year so far at 98 degrees. I would never admit it to my wife, especially after how much I complained about the pools cost, but honestly some of the best money we ever spent. Swimming for a few hours is equivalent to giving a kid a shot of Nyquil.
