Story here
Not sure if any of you are into airplanes or ever seen him perform but if you did he would have left a great memory in your mind. He was a madman with his stunts, and made the crowd gasp with fear sometimes as he did things like hurl towards the ground in an inverted flat spin. Lately he was flying around with a jet engine mounted on top of his big old biplane for a "little extra boost" His son did some wing walking also with him and was announcing the show when the 3 plane crash happened.
He will be missed by many :(
see a short video here

Very sad news, especially for his son who was the show announcer. At least he died doing what he loved.

I would second that Ken...
Welcome SiouxperDave

Siouxper,
I going to go out on a limb and bet you are the only person (besides me) that knows what "Cobber" is......................since you area NDSU fan.
I was a Moorhead State Dragon.
