Stress relief suggestions

You know what also helps? Time. I did a daily double, running both this morning and at lunch, and tackled some rebuttal research, and I feel almost 100% better. It's still all I'm thinking about but it's gone from negative energy to more positive energy for the next one
 
Middle life becomes routine. You gotta shake it up now and again.
Seriously .
Keep boundaries, but dont fall in the trap.
Its all about perspective.

Morning - Exercise
Midday - Walk
Night - Fire, pet/walk dog, melatonin, long form comedy shows

Alcohol/Marijuana - I don’t use; creates too many issues and is expensive
