Are there other states that offer supertags/raffle tags other than WY and MT?

Valid in 2014 & 2015 for one elk of either sex, one antelope of either sex, one deer of either sex, and two turkeys (only toms and bearded hens may be taken in the spring) The permit is valid in open seasons with the appropriate weapons.

Oregon has raffles through the state. Can order online then sign and return the stubs.

Washington has raffles through the state though have to have someone physically in Washington go buy for you.

I believe that Arizona has or has had as many as four super tags in one year. One for raffle, two for auction.. one for AZ Elk Society and one for RMEF Phoenix Chapter, and a fourth one that was donated to the RMEF Convention. The RMEF tags may have been only one tag advertised in multiple places.

NM has Gov. Tags and they are ticket/lottery deal.
I got one thru RMEF NM.
Tranferable too....it'll pay for a new truck.LOL.
