Sounds like a fun trip. Rumor has it NR archery licenses are up 30% this year, so maybe that’s where the hostility stems from. Lots of angry residents. Doesn’t excuse it, but there is civil unrest between SD GFP and resident sportsman there.
Every time I’ve been out there residents seem to want to talk to us because they can’t figure out why we would leave Wisconsin to hunt there.
