Just read this in the Green Vally news,
The Sopori ranch has hired a architect to draw up plans for subdividing up its land for developement.
They have 13.000 acres of private land and 47,000 acres grazing leases.
Some of his p[lans include a enviromentally friendly golf course along with upscale homes thruout.
This will close access to the Northern end of the tumacacori mountain range...sheesh
I currently train my dogs on the fields where the golf course is planned.
No reason posted for the sale.
Maybe they will make one of those blacktop roads with all the, you can't do this signs with the circle parking lots and bathrooms and the cool nature trail with descriptions of the wildlife and plants so we can access the tumacacoris.
Then watch all the nonhunting people that are there cringe when I pile out with my hunting dogs and shotgun!
