Shelter-in-place cooking

Had a little venison Oso Bucco using Rinella's recipe last night. Two of the smaller shanks turned out magnificent with the tendons turning to meat jelly. The larger ones could have gone a little longer. Overall, pretty pleased for my first attempt at it.
 
My phone is being stupid and every time I try and add a photo it's giving me some sort of memory error. But, tonight's dinner was jambalaya made with
Zweigle's pop open red hot dogs straight from back home in Rochester, NY. I brought back 30 packs over my last two trips home.
 
Grilled deer sirloin with cauliflower puree. Kids went crazy for it
