Went in with Sitka Deer, into the Chugach Range, and took this ram a few days ago. It didn't take long, just 3 days, but we hiked and climbed every minute we weren't eating or sleeping.

Sitka Deer was a huge help!

And yes, this one's a full curl. :)

Dig the facial expression...

Good looking sheep. Congratulations! Looks like it's a good thing he stopped where he did.

Congrats on the success Brian!
I put in for that tag as well. glad to see you took full advantage of it!

That is pretty cool. I think I seen another action shot over at 24 or OD...can't remember. Anyway, are these screen grabs or are they actual shots?

Oh yeah, this picture Art got just before the ram stopped tumbling... ...it's in mid air here, and obviously dead.

Both were shot with a Cannon 20D and a huge lense. They look a little grainy to me too, but it was 325 yards to the face plant.

Congrats on the sheep. The action shots are something you don't see everyday.
