Yep. I thought I had it pegged, and was proven otherwise. Heard about a guy who was maybe 2 miles from me who was life flighted out of there in Oct/Nov. I believe he’s doing well, thankfully.

We looked over that area this year when we were sight seeing as others have said that area is quite rugged.

Great story! Planned to hunt the breaks for deer a couple years ago and didnt get drawn. Stories like this help remind me that we arent invincible. I hunt alot of places that I look back and realize how fortunate I was not to get hurt or stranded
