Sage Grouse in WY Unit 63?

I was wondering if any of you that have been antelope hunting in or near unit 63 have run across many sage grouse or sharptails this year? We're leaving Sat to come up to hunt that area for a week and I was thinking about picking up a small game license to collect a few birds to eat in camp.

I want to try them. They can't be too bad marinated, wrapped in bacon, and grilled?

Bacon is good.

I filet the breast, then bread and fry them. Kinda like chicken fingers, but made with a much cooler chicken...

That said, if I shoot a big male later this week I'll probably not eat and instead send it to a taxidermist.

I just prefer to hunt with someone that will eat anything and give them to him
