The reason democrats are there own enemies...CNN reported a large number of Americans favor voter id democrats and Republicans yet the democrats still will refuse to pass it. Its 2026 its not hard to get a ID to be able to vote if am not sure why this is even debated

I think its myopic to think that this woman's testimony wasnt rehearsed and performed to push a narrative. I also think its myopic to believe all ICE agents are good and aren't breaking any laws. I think its myopic to believe any part of these protests are organic. To enact change, yes. I’m sure she rehearsed it numerous times before she testified. That’s normal. I’m sure her agenda was along the lines of “this is messed up “. And again, if this happened to you or a family member I expect you would want change as well.

I find it interesting that you think I have not done those things and simply came to a different conclusion than you. That because I see her testimony as more performance than genuine, I somehow lack your level of humility or decency. My thoughts have nothing to do with being wronged or slighted. Her testimony seemed manufactured and contrived. Even the video of it seemed produced and directed to achieve a desired outcome. I've watched plenty of congressional testimony and it typically consists of something you would see on C-SPAN. A wide shot from in front, no production. This looked like a low budget Hollywood production. They knew just when to zoom in to catch the quivering lips and the trembling hands. I don't believe for a minute that in the moment she thought back to George Floyd or any of the others she mentioned. I don't believe she thought they were executing people and stacking bodies in rooms. This video looked like propaganda, produced to elicit a response. And it appears it worked well. But in the end, I don't know, that was just my take. No more, no less.

Did you read the article it clearly talks about dems opposition to voter ID. What I don't get is why is this a issue for dems when over 70 percent support it.
