I just don't get the fear legislators have about people whining about tag increases. In this hyper-partisan age, exactly zero people are going to change their vote, even if tag prices double. Who cares if there's rumbling on FB, just ignore it.

Are there BMA’s that aren’t funded, or are told no you can’t be a part of the program, because of a lack of funding? How do they determine which BMAs to cut when there is a funding shortfall?

The majority of people i talk to or hunt with come home with those slips. To be honest, I think I’ve filled one out and returned to the box when I was successful, and another that I had to pass the box on foot before the vehicle anyway. I always write “Thank you for allowing access”.
