Randy's Podcast Gear Setup

I need to start a podcast for work... I like randy's set up with the headset and he obviously is able to stay pretty mobile with it.

All the "how to" podcasts websites recommend a mic and separate headphones.... I want a head set.


Does anyone know the set up?


USB or XLR? Mixer or zoom h5/h6? I can't find anyone to recommend a good XLR headset.

I use XLR in a Zoom H6. Probably can get by with an H5.
