Quick B tag question

I apologize in advance if this seems like a dumb question but Montanas regs are confusing as hell and I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere. Myself and a few friends are planning to put in for MD combos on a party app. Cant get everyone on board for the big game combo so I'm wondering if the B tag application later on will be an option for me if I only draw the deer combo?
