Puppy pic. thread

Puppy's at 31/2 weeks. Named them all Hey you! 1 am this morning it began. They figured it out that if they practice barking early morning I'll get up and discipline them. This morning it was their first real time eating puppy chow. Used to keep a bowl of food in the litter box for Sis, they discovered that several days ago! The storm started again this morning about 6am. about 5 figured out how to get out of the litter box, time for a play pen! :)

I've always owned at least 2 black labs, typically we get a puppy when the older lab is around 5 years old.
Nice to have a backup dog during hunting season.

I go out of my way to keep min two dogs around. Longest I ever went without a dog was when my old Springer Skipper died. Looked for another Springer for about 6mos till I realized I was still looking for Skipper. So got a Shorthair, Hannah, and have never got down to just one dog again, oldest turns five it's time for a pup. Sis is a bit over a year now and I'm 74. Hoping to make 84 to see my grandson graduate high school. That would make Sis about 11 or 12. That time in my life she will probably be the only one left and I'm hoping to out live her by a day. Don't know anyone that will love her like I do and don't want to leave her behind. If she's a lady she will die a day or two before me so I can bury her and not have to worry about her.

Don, I like how you think. Thanks for sharing.

This is our lab mix puppy Nash. We got him when he was almost 3 months and he’s almost 6 months now. I’ve already started training him to blood track deer and he is doing a kickass job. Excited to see what this season has in store.
