proposed new law

So there is a proposed new federal law that will effect most outfitters here in Canada. The law would indicate that any registered business must charge in the currency that they reside in. So those Canadian guides and outfitters would have to charge in Canadian dollars instead of US dollars. From a business stand point I understand why outfitters do this. You earn about 20-30% more but then that rips off Canadians that want to use their services. Why should we in our own country have to pay an additional 20-30% plus additional 20% in gratuities.

I guess I don't see what is stopping outfitters from charging a different price to aliens if they want to keep cheaper hunt prices for residents.
