Hey guys I could use some advice here,I really dont know what to do.Latley my wife has been acting shady around me.The phone will ring at all hours of the night and when it does my wife answers it quick and leaves the room. When I ask her she tells me it was a telemarketer or the wrong number. Also she has been going "out with friends" alot until all hours of the night.Being suspicious last night I waited up for her to get home, fianally 12:35am I can see the car headlights coming up the driveway so I ran out of the house and hid behind my boat.Sure enough she gets out of the car with her cellphone in one hand and her panties in the other. As she was walking my way I ducked down behind the boat to hide better and I noticed a large crack in the transom of my boat.Do you guys think JB weld would fix the crack or should I just take it to the shop and have them weld it?Thanks.

That is a Huge problem. I’m not sure I wouldn’t have just screamed out loud when I saw that !!!! I would be worried about that crack too. JB Weld would work but on an important issue like that I would bring it into the Shop.

Did you thank your wife to put you into that situation to realize there is that problem ?!?! I mean really.... Glad you caught it now, it could have escalated into a REAL problem. Better to fix it now and bring it in.

Good luck !!

You're listning to her way to much if you hear that she said you don't listen enough....

Let's worry about the real problem here...... :p

Did you guy ever read the testomonials on the back of a package of JB weld?? really, funny chit. One was from a farmer who said "it works much better than bailing wire" I kid you not.

There are about as many ways of checking up on an individual as there are uses for JB weld. I hope there is no foul play happening.

I owned and operated a marine construction business the previous 6 years and we used lots of aluminum boats. I can tell you that welding is the only way to repair aluminum. More than likely you need to reinforce the area that was cracked. Propably motor torque causing flexing on the transom.

I havent figured my own wife out so I can't offer advice on yours.

I say get rid of both things that are old and used and just go with a newer model... ;)

You probably have no idea what you have done. It could be several things added up over time to cause her to do such. If you are not sure of any one time that caused her the pain., you should suck it up, be a man and take the blame. You must go to her and apologize for not noticing anything earlier. Eye contact is very important. While apologizing, walk around her and remind her of all the good times you’ve had together, gently run your hands down her sides, tell her that everything is going to be okay and how much you look forward to spending more quality time with her after things are patched up. Don’t use JB weld take her to a reputable welder that knows how to weld aluminum. As for the wife……hhhuumm….pm me if you are serious. ;)
