Private Property Rights & Bison

I didnt even think that someone might wonder as to the validity of the video. Sorry, I should have explained a few things on this. While I have not been witness to the hazing the BFC is routinely subjected to, I do go to the Interagency Bison Management Plan meetings.

Last year, after the Dome Mountain bison shooting, the next IBMP meeting, the hazer (Jeff) involved with that shooting and the 42 (?) other bison that were following the same path that he hazed back, was asked by DOL's Dr. Marty Zalusky and Christian MacKay (Exec. Dir., also involved with the killing) to explain what all took place, show on the overhead maps where this all occurred, et. So I got to see Jeff up close. He wears a distinctive vest and sometimes cap, had a patch on his sleeve for Brands Inspection. Its the same guy. He has been at other IBMP meetings so I immediately recognized him in the video.

I highly doubt he joined BFC for some fantasy role playing of private property trespassing to be filmed. ;)

Yeah, I can relate to getting branded a "bison hippie" by some sites. :)

OK. Done. Didn't even need a Double Dog Dare.

Wanna bet that by morning I am a hated Buffalo Hippie

Crickets over on the campfire. Don't nobody want to touch a Buffalo Hippie's thread. :)

I'll bite. Count me in as a buffalo hippie. I will be burning incense and listing to Country Joe Mcdonald songs tonight.
The trespasser on the paint horse really needs a different job.
I'm going to run this video by some of my rancher neighbors, who "claim" to be all about the private property rights issue and see what they say.
I will wager that most of them will side with the trespasser since he is there to kill bison.
I'm also going to send it to my sheriff and ask what he would do in that situation if the landowner decided to press charges. Peace and love man.

Is there a missing story behind that video? I can't figure out why it only has 1500 views. I haven't heard much of a stink at all about it... I'd think this would at least make the paper.
