Thanks for the info, Rob. Regardless, I was under the impression that the deadline for a bill to be sent to the senate has already come and gone?

I don't think there was any confusion as to what the bill did, I just think they didn't want people to catch on and KNOW what the bill intended. One thing the bill didn't do was to provide any way of helping private landowners to protect their property from trespass, intentional or unintentional, from occurring.

Nothing has to get done today. Transmittal for revenue bills is day 67, March 30th. Last day to introduce revenue, appropriations and refereda bills is day 62, March 24th.
