Never been a fan of the primos stick. Had a couple.

Been using the Primos triggerstik tripod for guiding the last 7 years. They’re not perfect but they are quick, and that can be critical. Last year they started sticking real bad. There’s YouTube videos on how to fix and that worked wonders. Like new now.

Have the monopod hiking/shooting trigger stick...too easy to inadverently dislodge the 'trigger' mechanism'.
