Same. As far as ice cream goes, I prefer Umpqua.I once spent two weeks in Tillamook. The constant, unrelenting smell of rotten cow poo permeated the air the whole time I was there. Kind of soured me on the idea of eating anything made in that cesspool of a town.
I prefer Umpqua ice cream and it's usually a dollar or two cheaper anyway.
Great pic! Kind answers whether ducks squat or hang over a log....I’m down here in Oregon right now hanging out with Matthew. Gonna miss the factory tour this time. Did it last time.

You should spent some time on near their contract dairies in Eastern Oregon.I once spent two weeks in Tillamook. The constant, unrelenting smell of rotten cow poo permeated the air the whole time I was there. Kind of soured me on the idea of eating anything made in that cesspool of a town.

I tried this one for the first time this fall. It's not in stock near me so I picked one up on my way home from Wyoming. Pretty tasty!View attachment 398908
I mean wow. I have never been interested in fruit in ice cream - until now. Makes me sad to think I missed my first 42 years not knowing this was out there.
Never got to try it.I am officially pissed at Tillamook! They have discontinued the huckleberry. Completely unacceptable. I am forced to switch to vanilla and cookies dough.
I went there and toured the plant when I was 15 with my grandpa. We flew out to Portland from Indiana to visit my cousin who moved out there. It was both my and Pappy’s first time on a plane.A few years ago, I swung through there on a road trip. They had an in-house only Pendleton Whiskey and pecan ice cream, which was damn good. Any of there aged or sharp cheeses are well worth it.
