Some Turkey Noodle soup

Roasted a turkey I'd won in a shoot last fall. Wanted to free up some freezer space. Used the bones to make the soup. Turned out good for a rainy day.

Not served up yet but I made a batch of brisket chili.

50/50 wild boar/blacktail meatballs roasted on the BGE. Fresh sourdough from the boss with current vintage of Santa Cruz Mountain sauce.

Pan seared elk backstrap, sauteed onions, and roasted butternut squash.

venison sirloin tip. Simple

Well they're not plated but I made a batch of carnitas in the smoker.
Seasoned the pork then seared in dutch oven then simmered for about 2 and a half hours @ 300°. They turned out tender and delicious.
