Yep. Not something I would have thought to put together, but my neighbor made it once and it was good. So I’ve done it a couple of times since.Hang on, you crusted the fish with chorizo?
So I am thinking there are varieties of chorizo. I use this. Eggs, tacos and other stuff. Am I right?Yep. Not something I would have thought to put together, but my neighbor made it once and it was good. So I’ve done it a couple of times since.

Roast Cod With Chorizo Crisp
Understated cod gets a major glow-up in this sheet-pan dinner thanks to a savory, spiced topping of cheesy chorizo breadcrumbs.www.bonappetit.com

That looks like what I used. It was in the deli section near the salami and other cured meats. Needs to be on the dryer side - not like a loose fresh grind. So I am thinking there are varieties of chorizo. I use this. Eggs, tacos and other stuff. Am I right?View attachment 409658

Might not be the same then. The stuff you need for the recipe is already cooked (smoked and dried). It has a thin casing around it and is about the same dryness / consistency as a pepperoni or salami. This kind melts into a greasy sauce kind of. I like it. mtmuley
