That looks like what I used. It was in the deli section near the salami and other cured meats. Needs to be on the dryer side - not like a loose fresh grind.

Yes. Bought similar but pork in Mexico this January. Very loose and crumbly great for breakfast and dinner tacos, scrambles, etc.
