Someone ask for charcuterieFlorentino Ribeye, Florence Italy.Wild boar ragu on paparadelle. Montepulciano.. Venison ragu on Gnocchetti. Near Corinaldo. Iberian pork sirloin also near Corinaldo. Trip was good.

Whitetail tenderloin with roast cauliflower and fried potato. Should have let the tenderloin age a few more days but I was impatient.

I shot a mule deer last week. He’s butchered and in the freezer. We had our first taste for dinner tonight. Excellent.

Venison loin, curtesy of @Kiwi, pan seared then finished with a garlic, rosemary and thyme brown butter with roasted potatoes.

It was a good muzzleloader season here at home. Headed to NM this morning so had a big family dinner last night. Surf n turf fresh deer tenderloins, heart, and salmon.

My turn to host poker night tonight. White chicken chili with a variety of condiments, plus some Mexican street corn dip, guac and cornbread. And brownies.

I lost $16.
