Plantar Fasciitis

Just think about the thickness of the skin around your knee v/s the skin on the bottom of your heel. Its got to be the thickness of saddle leather and the tougest skin on your body. Once they finally get the needle in there, the Doc has to move it around until he finds the exact point of maximum pain, then he puts in the cortisone. There again though, when you foot hits the flooryou are pain free for the next several years in my case. I've run an iron man and over a dozen ultras since then plus 3 backpack elk hunts with zero pain. Take the shot, You won't regret it.

In the interest of fairness, Ive also had knee surgery, and several other injuries so all is not right with the world, but I don't have any plantar pain!
