I had some roosters left over in the freezer and decided to try my hand at a pizza.

I first grilled the pheasant and used garlic powder, sea salt and ground black pepper.

The crust is a Pillsbury ready made crust found in the refrigerated section at the grocery store next to the biscuits.

I crushed fresh garlic and let that soak in extra virgin olive oil while the pheasant was grilling. This is to be used as the sauce on the pizza.

Other ingredients were fresh tomatoes from the garden, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
Baking instructions are on the pizza crust can.

It turned out really well. Next time I may try and alfredo sauce and use spinach and mushrooms.

Pretty dang good.

I suppose I could deliver, but I cant guarantee 30 minute delivery. Or that it will be hot.. or that there will be any left by the time I get there.
