Paid more to waste 10 preference points

I was looking at Antelope draw odd in Wyoming’s special draw and found where someone burned 11 points to draw a tag that only requires 1. In the regular draw he would of drawn with 2pp at 100% odds.

Just makes me wonder why someone would do that. Hopefully they at least had a good hunt.
