I am heading to WA state for a backpacking trip and want to get a 2 or 3 day Non Resident fishing license. When I went to buy online, it says it takes up to 10 days to get one mailed out. I didn't realize they don't allow you to print off the license after purchasing.
Does anyone know if I can get a NA license driving from Portland up to Leavenworth at any tackle shop or hardware store, etc. for this kind of license? We will be driving through a pile of smaller towns, but wanted to check if this is a simple task once we hit the WA line. Thank for any input.
