Heading out in a few hours to help a Wisconsin queer bait on his AZ pronghorn hunt. I've been scouting for him off and on all Summer. Hopefully it pays off for him. Maybe by early next week we'll have some pics and a little story.........

I got a phone call from the Northern Arizona gay pride hot line.
They spent the day yesterday scouting inside the tent, and the only blood they drew was due to a faulty zipper.

Seems today went a bit better, a lope bit the dust.

First off, your all fags. Second, it was a fun hunt even though my rifle shooting is not as good as i like it too be I need to make this quik as i need to go get some preperation-H for myself.... Stan is a stud!
Third, that guy that called me a homo from wisconsin (Stan) is a violator.... Yes that is right a violator. I never seen a guy violate so many public bathrooms in my life. We stopped at a taco shop and some guys used the girls bathroom after he left.
Anyway, i was really fun and had a great hunt. I didnt see too many bucks on my scouting day, got way lost trying to get around a mountain and ended up way in the indian res on the back roads and am lucky i didnt end up with my rifle up may butt and a ball gag in my mouth i think. I also had a problem with the rifle when i went to zap a few dogs to check my rifle, and put on the harris tripod i pullled the front sling stud out of the stock.
Stan showed up late thursday and we talked over a game plan and we went to where he had seen what he said was the second biggest buck he found as the first one was not seen for a while. Lond story short i used a tree for a rest and shot just under him at what i ranged 330 yard.
We looked at 10 different bucks later and he was the biggest of the day so the next day we went back and after an hour found him and made a mile stalk and set up on a little cactus hill. he was 440 out and i didnt want to try it with shooting sticks yet, and the grass made a prone shot impossible so we waited and after a bit the does lead him right past us at 30 yards hauling ass and when he got past us i spun around and missed the first running shot and for some reason he darted broadside to steer his doe and the second shot he went down. he got up on his fron legs by surprise and with the adrenilen flowing i followed up a texas heart shot that wasn't needed as after the fact we found that the first one was in the boiler.
He is really cool looking with tons of mass and a awsome sweeping rearward curl on top. The prongs are weak and one was deformed but with the mass and overall shape i love him. besides, it was sweet redemption to have missed him, then seen nothing bigger all day and then to get him the next day.
I have to thank Stan big time for tagging along and knowing where to look for these things. I was in the same area the day before but just didnt know where to really key in.

BTW, the third night i slept in my hammock, i had enough and my assless sleeping bag was chaffing
