Funny... I'd have thought NASCAR on Ice would be short track Speed Skating. They only turn left and I loose count of how many laps they've done in about 2 minutes.

Gold in ice dancing last night, although I admit, I liked the Canadians. You can make fun of ice dancing & figure skating all you want, but I would be the Mortimer that none of us could do what they do.

One of my college football teammates raced in the snowboard cross today. Looking forward to seeing how he did when I get home and get the DVR rolling. I went to college with a bunch of Olympians both winter and summer athletes. Never met a single one that was an elitist or was there because of family money, just a bunch of hard working people chasing a dream on an international level.
