NM GMU 24 (Cottons Park Access)

Hi - I have a mulie tag for unit 24 and am looking for places to start scouting. Looking at access and saw Nature Conservancy owns a big chunk in Lincoln Canyon off of the 35. Does anyone know if they have their gates open to allow access to the Gila beyond it, especially the Cottons Park area? TIA.

Lincoln Canyon is just on the Unit 16B side of the boundary but yes, you can access the area. Forest Rd 4202 is open off Hwy 35. Good luck!

Thanks - good to know! (and I probably should have clarified I'm looking to get in on the 24 side of things - I only dream I could pull a tag in 16B!)
