Just joined to try to find people that have hunted it before that would be willing to offer any insight. Most monstrous tag I've ever drawn. Thanks for having me.

What kept you from participating in hunting forums previously? Odds you will stick around are generally ZERO in this situation. Just so you know, and not busting on you but posts such as yours are a dime a dozen and precious few guys in this suituation contribute to this community of hunters. It MIGHT affect the robustness of response you get and might not.

I had 10k+ posts on fishing forums back in the day before Facebook took over. I've never had any use for hunting forums until now. I'm assuming when you say these kinds of posts, you mean guys asking for unit specific help. I hear you. But a tag like this no one has a special spot besides the outfitters. I've sent 3 strangers all my waypoints for my nm unit 17 antelope. When chances are you wouldn't hunt it again in three lifetimes, why not help if you can?

Your copious posts on a separate fishing forum long ago don’t translate to credibility here. I get your point that it is a rare tag, but joining just to suck information out of others is equivalent to a leech. It’s hard not to view it that way for long time members who post frequently and contribute to many different threads. Best of luck on your hunt.
