Need Mule Deer Strategy Rut - Idaho

I drew a Mule Deer Buck tag in Idaho for November rifle hunt. I'm not a big deer hunter. Grew up chasing does to fill the freezer and was taught walk around until you find one and that always seemed to work. I'm now an archery September Elk hunter. The area I drew (unit 48) can produce some large bucks. I do not want the tag to go to waste shooting a smaller buck when it's considered a special draw. I'm not sure where to start in pre-season scouting and hunting the rut in November. Is there any website or information available for Mule Deer Strategies - similar to ELK101.com or the University of Elk Hunting?

A few questions to get me started...

High or Low country and why?
What habitat or areas should I look for in Google Earth and in person to verify?
Wallows/Watering Holes?
More walking and glassing or staying still and glassing and re-glassing for hours at a time?
General Strategies or ideas for hunting them during the rut?
What about trail camera's now through November? Is it worth it considering they will probably be starting to migrate by November and move with the rut?

Anything else you can think of, I'd appreciate.
