Just some info for those that knew the Koudelka's. I didn't know Joe all that well but his father John and Mom Percilla I knew very well and often hunted their ranch for ducks/geese and we do work for John through the church.

I heard they were coming back from a Swim meet. They are survived by the mom and daughter that is off to college.

A Nampa man and his three children died Friday as a result of a fiery crash on U.S. 95 about 15 miles north of the Oregon-Nevada state lines.
Joseph John Koudelka IV, 42, and his sons, Justin, 11, and Joshua, 14, died at the scene. Joseph Koudelka V, 17, died before an ambulance could reach a Winnemucca, Nevada, hospital.

I caught that on the local news last night. What a sad deal. Life is short, that's for sure. The Koudelka family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
