Mule deer "hot dish"

Tater-tot casserole!!! We do the same only we use french cut green beans instead of peas. Might have to give the peas a try next time.

This makes me think of FUPAs and people carrying around 44oz Cokes at amusement parks. Not sure why, but that's what midwestern cuisine makes me think of

When my kids were in daycare I would sometimes pick them up at lunchtime and occasionally they would be eating Tater-tot casserole. I didn't look all that great but it was very tasty.
 
Salivating. We eat a variation of this a lot. We cut back on the fat content and use green beans. Gotta get the taters good and crispy on top.
