Tater-tot casserole!!! We do the same only we use french cut green beans instead of peas. Might have to give the peas a try next time.

This makes me think of FUPAs and people carrying around 44oz Cokes at amusement parks. Not sure why, but that's what midwestern cuisine makes me think of

I elevated the dish and did a homemade mushroom bechamel. Roasted the shrooms with rosemary and then steeped them in whole milk, it was quite the process.

When my kids were in daycare I would sometimes pick them up at lunchtime and occasionally they would be eating Tater-tot casserole. I didn't look all that great but it was very tasty.

Salivating. We eat a variation of this a lot. We cut back on the fat content and use green beans. Gotta get the taters good and crispy on top.
