I have no idea if they are screwing around with us. I have checked two NRs, both lacking any PPs. One drew deer/elk combo, the other drew the elk combo. Hope it is not a head fake, as they are both pretty happy, given they had no PPs.

Is PP the same as bonus points?

PP are for the combo license and BP are for the permits.

No they are different. I believe preference are for general tags and bonus for limited entry.

Well it looks like I didn't read through the whole regulations page as I forgot to enter my dad for a general tag, so it appears I will not be able to hunt my tag.

I drew a moose tag in 2005. Then in 2006 I drew a fairly not so special mule deer tag. Then, for the last 14 years I have been 100% at not drawing something that was not guaranteed.
