I got out again yesterday to check some more of my mushroom spots. It has been a great spring here for mushrooms. I actually ran out of daylight, and had to leave because I could no longer see them. I wish I'd had a headlamp with me. I found these in about 2-2.5 hours. I'm going again Saturday. My dad and I have an annual spring mushroom walk we do fondly known as "the long walk." We park one car and have my mom or wife take us around through the hills and drop us off at another location. It is probably close to 7-8 miles of nothing but mushroom madness. I plan on posting pics, Lord willing. Here are a few pics of yesterdays haul.

I spent about a hour and a half in the woods yesterday evening looking and found not-a-damn-one... Good stuff man!

Good to know. Never knew we had them back East until I moved out here.
