Moosie

Yup, he'll be out there. I think he has McD's cheeseburgers all lined up for mile 5 or 6 on the run. :D It's gonna be another windy and rainy one here in Boise tomorrow. Suck it up and get 'r done, Moosie...

Fellas, THANKS!!!! I haven't been home (Here on Hunttalk I mean) very often. Lot's of stuff going on. Here are some pictures of todays race though if you want to see them :)

Another 70.3 mile race under my belt. Although because of wind and cold weather the 56 mile bike part was shortened a lot !!! I think it was raining and 39 Degree's when I got in the water....

You guys see the EPIC finish from the winners ?!?!?!

Congrats on the race--that's darn impressive! Good to see you around the board again, Moosie. It's not the same w/o you.

Any idea if they sell men's clothes where you bought those shorts?

Pan Man, Does that say "BEEF" on your shirt? Wishing MickeyD's would offer some? You're looking extremely trim there Oscar. All us old guys are proud of you.

Congrats!!! I can't imagine that a race of that is easy. The shorter distances about kill me and the fat man I impersonate...

I will say though, that those shorts reminded me of this picture.

Did you take the bike off the top before going into the garage?

Glad to be missed. Still going through mid life crisis in my life. Not really mid life, just crisis ;) All is well though, one day at a time, right....

Funny you should ask about mens cloths though. I actually wea Womens UnderArmour spankies when I work out. I might have a picture to post if you want to see.... you know you do !!!!

Pointer, I'm doing it one more year for sure. Suck it up and come over and do it. You can do it. It's a mental game and you're mental ;)

If I am "mental" enough to give it a go I'd have to start training NOW to just not hopefully die...

LOL.... I'm doing the Full in addition to the half next year so I'll need to traim for 140.6 miles of BLISS ;)

Good luck!! Watching the IM from Kona can be motivating or depressing depending on if the cameras are following someone finishing or professional who's body gave up on them.

I'm going to stick with LOCAL for the IM 140.6. they have one in northern Idaho. I hope I'll be the one that can finish and not have the body give out. Lots of time to train though, right ? (I say that every year ;))

Sad thing is that there's just as much time to not train...
