Not sure where to post this but wanted to share
I was mostly winging it
Browned the roast on all sides
Cut up potatoes onions carrot and garlic , half cup water , half cup cream , 1/4 cup butter , put it all in the bag with salt and pepper.

Cooked at 275 for 3.5 hours , it was amazing . I wished I had pulled it sooner , but it was still tender .

Ohyeah , and homemade bread....
