You know man you can read back through all these threads and see wehere pretty much everyone in our group has had a reason to be against le. I realize you have a hard time leaving one thread from another and have a bone to pick with a couple of those guys over a locked gate but until you guys are ready to let your nuts drop and show people what your hair brain idea is how about you stop being a nit picky about this. It’s pretty easy to find a flaw with about any change. I guess the difference is those guys are willing to stand in front of a crowd and take shit to try and get a change while these other guys hide behind a keyboard. I’m 2.5 months out from a plane ride to ak I got other shit to do right now besides hang out on here have a nice day guys

Theirs isn’t really mandatory though right? I believe they have 60%ish compliance and no repercussions for not doing their report? I could be wrong but I think that’s how I remember it.

Full LE would be a huge funding loss for the dept without changing the statutory requirements. If you went LE you would have to deal with the 10% cap (not quota, cap). I don't know how you would rectify the 10% cap with the amount of either-sex deer licenses already guaranteed for NR without further legislation.

I'm sure MOGA as a whole would be against LE as well unless they could carve out a decent sized piece for themselves

FYI, Wyo otc general tags are statewide for residents and most deer tags are not species specific.
