It's winter in Montana

And the gentle breezes blow

Seventy miles an hour

At twenty-five below

Oh, how I love Montana

When the snow's up to your butt

You take a breath of winter

And your nose gets frozen shut

Yes, the weather here is wonderful

So I'll guess I'll hang around

I could never leave Montana

'Cause I'm frozen to the ground

~*~ Merry Christmas ~*~

Sounds like NWIowa to me.Don't think we have quite hit -25 so far but very close. And as for the wind, its always blowing with no trees to stop it.
