Stories like this is why I am accepting more and more Guardian Ad Litem appointments from the court. Pay isn't great, but some things are more important. People like this shouldn't be allowed to ever watch a kid again. Bad thing is that there are many people out there that would make great parents that cannot have children, but people like this seem to get knocked up every time they lay on their back. Wonder how many of these kids were a result of her turning a trick to get her drug fix.
