Hope Chris Sale returns to his early May version. He’s been a little shaky (for Chris Sale) the last three starts.

He was pretty solid yesterday. If it wasn’t for an Albies error then he could have escaped with no runs allowed. Both were unearned due to that error, but I think that Ozzie made up for it at the plate

As a long time Brewers fan from way down in Louisiana, I concur with this. I took a long break from following the game closely (5 or 6 years) but got back into it mid season last year. I became a Brewers fan as a kid because I thought beer was cool lol.

He is actually middle of pack based on percentage of $$$ going to player salaries so not sure where you are getting that.

How often do you think you see your pitcher fan 12 and you are upset you didn't get more? 12 out of 15 faced couldnt put it in play, gave up a Homer and hit a batter (barely, didn't look like it even hit his pinky toe) and with 80 pitchers he went for a shower. Preserving him down the stretch here i guess.

First four innings were the best pitching I’ve ever seen in my life- struck out 12 of first 13 batters, that is just crazy. Almost all straight 103mph heat. That dude is a freak.

Any home game that I can find a way to go when he is pitching, I'm going. There is something extremely special coming, maybe it will be in the post season. Sheets should be worried, his 18k game, which many consider to never be matched again in a brewers uniform, may be in jeopardy. My brother and I were at that game and want to be there if something like that happens again.

Just might break my budget though, ticket prices literally doubled the moment he was announced starter

I’d just gamble if you anre serious about seeing him. Assume he’s going to start every fifth day and count out the home games. Worse case scenario you have a ticket in the middle of the division race.

He wont be starting every 5th though, espscially once Harrison is back and the brewers have 6 starters that im sure they will roll with to end of season for keeping them all rested
