Military Address to an Officer

I've tossed this one out to some other friends. And they failed like Obama's Economic policy ! Let's see how y'all do. What is the Only proper address you may respond to a Naval Officer, under Any circumstance, regardless of rank ?

I dont know but to me "sir" was a big hit or calling them by there actual rank with there last name. Anything more than that that is required means there ego's are way to big.
