Maven Rangefinders?

I have had one for about 3 years and like it it a lot. It felt a little bulky at first when archery hunting but I got used to it quickly. I had a cheap Leupold before that which I was never happy with.

Could try to get it to you to test out for a bit if you wanted to try it out.

Yes. I have one. The rf1 - not the cs more budget model.

To be honest - i like the dial (esp for controlling brightness) and glass a lot - but for whatever reason it doesnt seem to scan quite as fast as my sig (its got nowhere near the distance rating). On top of that - the delay to the initial range seems slow, and im not patient. The open/tree mode doesnt seem overly useful ekther It stays home a lot, especially during archery, for that reason.

Thay being said It will range 1800-2k reliably and ive got as far as 4k though. Under rated for seeing if an animals on public or not or other scouting.

I picked up the RF.1 (7x25) last year. So far it's been great. Agree with Forkyfinder with the dial, the brightness adjustment is very nice. I was using an ancient Bushnell range finder previously, so that's what I have to compare it too, it's not even close. The glass clarity and report for all ranges I use it for has been top notch.

Zero complaints.
