I am on the local Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation committee. Since we have some members and lurkers here from Southwest Montana, I thought I would invite you all to the event.
It is next Saturday, June 2nd,at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. Lots of stuff being donated for live and silent auction, and a ton of raffle items. Some pretty cool stuff.
If you are interested in attending, go to this link and click on the online reservation for the Bozeman event.

OYOA sponsors have donated a rifle identical to the set up we used for the wolf hunt last winter.
Only 40 tickets are being sold for this rifle. Tickets are $50 each and you get an OYOA Season Three DVD with each ticket purchased. I suspect those will sell out pretty early, given the small number of tickets being sold.
Hope some of you can make it.
Regardless of where you live, if you are an elk hunter and you have an RMEF event in your area, I hope you will attend; maybe even think about volunteering.
Here is a link where you can look for a list of events in your area.

Don't you guys make me buy the Mystery Ranch Longbow pack for $200 again this year. I will, if it gets stuck at that price again.
