Lee's land grab was removed, so who are we thanking?

Joe Rogan is claiming victory. I didn’t see much support from Joe other than reposting Cam Hanes posts but having Joe on our side is great.

Cam Hanes stepped up hard. He’s keeping the other gate open for us. 😎
So nice of them to speak out so we can still find another trailhead.

Although not long ago cam Hanes was in favor of selling public lands.

Don't worry, we still have to fight another day and another angle....

With the ‘AI Action Plan’ Trump pays back his Silicon Valley allies

The Trump administration on Wednesday released its AI Action Plan—a 28-page blueprint designed to accelerate America’s AI industry and extend its global influence. Authored by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, “AI Czar” David Sacks, and science and technology adviser Michael Kratsios, the document outlines a suite of tech-friendly directives, ranging from discouraging state-level AI regulation to opening public lands for new data center construction.
That hands-off approach reflects the Trump administration’s broader stance toward tech: minimal regulation in exchange for political support. To that end, the “action plan” directs all federal agencies to delete regulations from earlier administrations that could “unnecessarily hinder AI development or deployment.”

Lee's public land sell-off idea is far from dead, it's been placed on the back burner for now. Hageman, Lummis and Barrasso are all for this land sale. Hageman even said she's proposing a "No gain" federal land bill this year. She can go straight to H-E-double hockey sticks.

I’m proud of my two Montana senators Daines and Sheehy

Sheesh, those two are the LAST people anyone should be thanking.

If you buy the whole “Montana Exemption” just spontaneously happened without their knowledge and involvement, I have a bridge to sell you…

The average citizen should pay attention to electricity prices which is being driven by data center use. PJM (eastern grid operator in US) auction a couple of weeks ago jumped 22% to new high. Most people will get more worked up by a $10 increase in their monthly electric bill than they will losing a 100 acres to data centers.

I trust Randy more than some troll from the Midwest. He said they deserved credit. You can believe whatever you want to.

I know MeatEater's guys put a lot of resources and effort into raising awareness, Ryan Callaghan their "Director of Conservation " is still active in advocating for a more permanent accountability
